Susana is an experienced festival executive producer, having founded the Portuguese Surf Film Festival in Europe´s only World Surfing Reserve: in 2021 this festival is celebrating its 10th annual edition. It was the blueprint of a successfully ran model that served as the kick-started for the WIFF. She is also a filmmaker and video-producer, with an academic background in Social Psychology and Marketing.
Charlotte Gantenbein.
Having a business and administration background Charlotte followed from an early age on her calling to becoming an artist. Being now specialized in a wide range of performing arts, she is mainly working on swiss stages. Conveying emotions and messages is her passion, going backstage for the festival was just another way to do so and the natural evolution of her life’s work.

Mario Trüb.
A true jack-of-all-trades, Mario is at home in both the worlds of art and business. He has been fascinated by stories of all kinds since early childhood. In addition to working as a project manager in a trading company, he devotes himself to his communications studies, poetry and writing. The film festival offers him the opportunity to combine his passion for films with his experience in project work.
